Anxiety kills your peace of mind, anxiety kills your passion, your certainty your motivation. Anxiety ensures that you show up smaller in life, ensures that you show up in a weaker state and that means they get weaker results, which you know what leads to more anxiety, right?
So how can you overcome the anxiety? If you're in sales, it has a huge impact on how well you do in sales, if you're in leadership, it impacts your leadership, if you're in life, love connects everywhere, right? So the question is, how can you overcome anxiety? certainly one way is to take some pills, and that's going to help but it diminishes who you are, it makes you show up a little bit weaker, so you're not as happy as you could be not as motivated as you could be, should be.
You can use exercise and exercise is a great way to feel fantastic, feels strong and it abates the anxiety somewhat. You could try mindfulness and meditation and close your eyes and let the anxious thoughts enter your brain and try and try it, but this is what I found.

And what I've found is underneath anxiety is a belief in your unconscious that's controlling it, that's contributing to it, and if we could uncover what that belief is, we could go in and change that and when we change that, it changes your life.
